After reading several articles on explaining love scientifically, here's my point of view.

Science can explain many of the physiological aspects of love, the chemicals produces by the brain of a person in-love and even the body responses to the person whom you love. 

I respect science more than anything in the field of knowledge. But I disagree that science can explain love. I even read an article saying that love is not a feeling and it's a decision, Because of how science describe what love is. Yes, you can decide on starting and ending a relationship between you and your lover/partner, but you cannot decide on whom you give your love.

For me....

Love is an emotion and emotions can not be measured.
Love is unquantifiable, it is impossible to express your love in terms of quantity. 
Love is intangible, it is vagued and abstract. Difficult to understand.
